MX records
DNS entries that tell the world which servers receive email for your domain.
MX (Mail Exchange) records define where inbound mail to your domain goes. Without them, replies to your cold outreach disappear into the ether — every reply bounces back to the sender.
BoomSauce points MX at SendGrid Inbound Parse for any domain we provision, then routes the parsed inbound back to you (and to the matching sequence so reply detection auto-pauses the cadence).
The number before each MX hostname is the priority — lower wins. Multiple MX records at different priorities provide failover.
